SHIPPING POLICY
All of our product are sent out to customers using UPS standard delivery.
All customers will be advised of a UPS Tracking number once the products have been shipped.
Shipping for the UK is set at £7.95 per shipment
Shipping for Europe is set at £15.00 per shipment
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We spend a lot of time ensuring our products are wrapped well in sturdy packaging.
Our pottery has arrived safely from the UK to Europe.

In the unlikely event something does get broken I give a full refund. You just need to send photos of the broken pottery and the packaging as it arrived to you.

If you are unhappy with pottery for any other reason you can return it for a refund. Post in the original box and send to the address provided in the confirmation email.
Please return within 14 days of receiving your pottery.
