SHIPPING POLICY
All of our product are sent out to customers using Royal Mail tracked delivery.

If this product is shipping outside of the UK, due to the delicate nature of the product it is the responsibility of the buyer if there are any breakages in transit.
Any import tax is at the buyers cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We spend a lot of time ensuring our products are wrapped well in sturdy packaging.

I you are in the uK, in the unlikely event something does get broken I give a full refund. You just need to send photos of the broken pottery and the packaging as it arrived to you.
If you are in Europe or the USA, unfortunately I am unable to give a refund if the item arrives broken, it is at the buyers risk.

If you are unhappy with pottery for any other reason you can return it for a refund. Post in the original box and send to the address provided in the confirmation email.
Please return within 14 days of receiving your pottery.
